We can't do PodCon 2 without the help of fantastic volunteers. We will begin accepting applications for volunteer positions this fall, so stay tuned for more info on how to apply! In the meantime, make sure you're subscribed to our mailing list to get all the latest PodCon 2 updates. 



Last year, we had several incredible panels, workshops, and meetups hosted by members of the PodCon community - that's YOU! We are looking forward to featuring more community content this year, so if you would like to host a meetup, or lead a workshop, panel, or presentation, please let us know by submitting your proposal via this form. The form will be open until November 1, 2018, but we are accepting proposals on a rolling basis, so please submit soon!  



Interested in a booth space on the expo floor?  Here's what you need to know:

10'x10' BOOTH - $600

  • 8' high backdrape
  • 3' high siderail
  • (1) 7"x44" ID sign
  • (1) 6' skirted table
  • (2) chairs
  • (1) small wastebasket
  • (2) expo passes for booth staff
  • Up to (4) PodCon tickets at 50% discount

ARTIST TABLE - $125/day

  • (1) 6' skirted table
  • (2) chairs

This is a great option for podcasters who are just starting out and want to get the word out about their podcast, for amateur artists who want to sell their work, or for individuals looking to promote a cause or charity.
